G Spot Variations:Three alternative ways tostimulate the G Spot

Up & Down Motion

Ask you partner to lay down with her knees up. Whilst kneeling, straddle over one of her legs facing her. Now form your hand into the position shown and insert the fingers into the vagina. Locate the G Spot. Place your inner arm in an upright position so your elbow is starting to face upwards; you may need to lean forward a little to achieve this position.

Keeping your hand still; start moving your arm up and down gently at first. After a few minutes, whilst monitoring her response, start building up your speed until you reach a vigorous motion.
