About this Guide
The Sundial involves you using your thumb & fingers to slowly work around the vaginal opening in a rocking motion. This technique will get her juices flowing and may be a completely new sensation for her. Try some other foreplay first to warm her up, such as the deep sexy kissing, breast sucking and a Vulva Massage or Labia Massage.
Preparation
Set aside some private time for you and your partner. Try to ensure that you will not be disturbed for at least an hour. Put on some chilled or sexy music as this will help you and your partner relax. Dim the lighting or light some candles and burn some incense to set the mood. Grab your, or your partner’s, favourite lubricant.
